The AKA Foundation of Central Pennsylvania, Inc. is a nonprofit tax-exempt organization that was established in June 2011.  The Foundation was incorporated as a nonprofit entity in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and classified by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) organization and designated as a public charity.

The Foundation provides support and programs that advance and promote healthy lifestyle, educational advancement, economic empowerment, and environmental sustainability in the Greater Harrisburg community.  The Foundation is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to which donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed under the law.
